Biography
Arnett was born to Dr. Joseph C. Dorcott and Fannie Norcott. He later attended the University of Arkansas were he lettered in baseball from 1912-1913.2
Norcott died on July 6th, 1971. He was buried in Orange Grove Cemetery in Lake Charles, LA.
