Biography
Bailey was one of nine children born to William F. Bailey and L. E. (nee Corn) Bailey McLean. He was born in Fort Smith, AR and likely lived there until about 1897 before moving to Houston, TX.3 Bailey resided in Houston most of the rest of his life.4
Bailey died in Houston, TX on November 2nd, 1926.5 He was burried in Forest Park Cemetery in Houston, TX.6
