Dean Field

Dean Field was a baseball park in Hot Springs, AR and was used by the Ray Doan Baseball School from 1934-1938 and the Rogers Hornsby Baseball School from 1939-1941.

History

The field was located on Belding Avenue in Hot Springs where the Jaycee Park Baseball Complex now sits. Before Dean Field was built in 1935 and named after Dizzy Dean and Paul Dean, the land was used by the Boston Red Sox as a spring training site and was known as Majestic Park

In 1947, Jaycee Park was built on the south side of the property.
