Eugene Handcock

Eugene Handcock, born about 1931 in Arkansas,1 was a Negro League baseball player with the Memphis Red Sox in 1954. He was the brother of LeRoy Handcock and Eddie Handcock.


Handcock was the son of farmers John Handcock and Felma (nee Norrington) Handcock. He was raised near Forrest City, AR.2

Handcock may have played with the Memphis Red Sox early in the 1954 season.3 4
