The R.E. Lee Base Ball Club was an amateur Russellville, AR based baseball club in 1876. The team was presumably named after Confederate general Robert E. Lee.
History
The R.E. Lee B.B.C. traveled to Little Rock, AR in July, 1876 to play the local clubs. On July 11th, the team played the Capital City Base Ball Club, but lost 43-9. The next day, the Russellville team took on the Alert club, but again lost, 13-12.
