Alexander Jones

Alexander Anson Jones, born August 17th, 1879 in Texas,1 2 was a Negro baseball player with the Hot Springs Arlingtons.

Biography

Jones was probably born in San Antonio, TX, the son of John W. Jones and Adeline (nee Means) Jones.3

Jones played with the Hot Springs Arlingtons in 1900.4 He may have played with the St. Louis Four Hundreds team in 1904.5
