"AMARILLO, Texas - George " Douglas " Lewis , 89, professional baseball player of Amarillo, Texas, formerly of Little Rock, Ark., passed away peacefully Thursday evening, March 7, 2013. He is survived by his only son, Douglas "Scott" Lewis and wife Linda of Austin, Texas. Services are pending for a later date. Arrangements and care are entrusted to Boxwell Brothers Funeral Directors."3
