was a Negro baseball player around 1955. He was the brother of Nate Dancy and Leroy Dancy.
Biography
Dancy was the son of Fred Dancy and Callie (nee Ewing) Dancy.3 4 He grew up near Earle, AR.
Dancy may have played with the Memphis Red Sox in 1955.5 6 In 1956, he played with the Holyoke Allies in the semi-pro Tri-County League of western Massachusetts.7 In 1958, he was signed by Winnipeg in the Northern League, but was released before the 1959 season.8
