Hank Harris

Charles Howard "Hank" Harris, born October 29th, 1915 in Baltimore, MD,1 was a professional baseball player from 1937-1941 and a professional baseball umpire in 1954.2

Biography

Harris debuted in professional baseball in 1937 with Pocomoke of the Eastern Shore League. Across 203 innings pitched, Harris won 15 games and lost 10 while striking out 158.3

Harris died on December 3rd, 1954 at Camp Chaffee in Sebastian County, AR,4 and was buried in Fort Smith National Cemetery in Fort Smith, AR.5
