James Henry Kelley, born 10/16/1907 in Parkin, AR, was a professional baseball player. He appeared with the Monroe Drillers in 1926. He was the brother of Harry Kelley and Alfred Kelley.

Kelley died December 19th, 1933 after an accident at the family lumbermill (3). He was buried in Cogbill Cemetery, Wynne, AR.
