Clemon Rooney, born August 13th, 1911 in Arkansas,1

Biography
Rooney was the son of Sherman Carr and Georgia Rooney.2 He spent his earliest years in Clark County, AR near Arkadelphia, AR.3 He later moved to Des Moines, IA by 19254 5 and later to Minneapolis, MN.6
Rooney played with various Negro baseball and softball teams in Minneapolis, MN during the 1930s and 1940s.7 8 9 10
Rooney is listed at Seamheads as pitching one inning for the St. Louis-New Orleans Stars in the 1941 Negro American League.
Rooney died on March 24th, 1980 in Minneapolis, MN.11 He was buried in Crystal Lakes Cemetery in Minneapolis.12
