Biography
Higginbottom was the son of Roe Higginbottom and Ruth (nee Kunkel) Higginbottom. He was named after Dizzy Dean and grew up near Poughkeepsie, AR.3
Higginbottom was a non-roster invitee to the Cincinnati Reds in 1958.
Higginbotom died on May 7th, 2008.4 He was buried in Evening Shade Cemetery in Evening Shade, AR.5
