Paul Edward Foster, born November 22nd, 19101 in Bokoshe, OK,2 3 was a professional baseball player from 1934-1939 and a professional baseball umpire from 1953-1961.4 He resided in Fort Smith, AR much of his life. He was the nephew of George Foster.

Foster died on May 29th, 1983 and was buried in Fort Smith National Cemetery in Fort Smith, AR.5
