Harry Evice "Pop" Stowers. born April 9th, 19001 in Arkansas,2 was a professional baseball player from 1928-1929.

Biography

Stowers was given a tryout with the Joplin Miners in 1924.3 Afterward, he spent much of the rest of baseball career in Arizona and New Mexico, playing in the outlaw Copper League from 1924-1927, with Bisbee in the minor league Arizona State League from 1928-1929, and with Madrid in the Central New Mexico League.

Stowers died in 1961 and was buried in Sunset Memorial Park in Albuquerque, NM.4
