Excerpts
"Ralph O'Dowd, a Little Rock Boy, who has been trying to break into the game with ARgenta, replaced Clayton after his trouble with the umpire and made a creditable showing. He had but one chance at short and has Dawkins been within hailing distance of his post of duty would have had an assist to his credit. At bat once, he picked out one that looked good and landed it over the head of Allen for a clean single. The youngster covered all the ground allotted to him and may leave in the uniform of Pine Bluff."4
