"Tobe Blackburn, aged 77, of 22 Highland Circle, a retired Missouri Pacific Lines railroad clerk, died Sunday at a Little Rock hospital. His full name was Roscoe Jennings Blackburn. He was the son of the late Charles S. Blackburn, newspaperman and writer. Mr. Blackburn was a member of the Brotherhood of Railroad Clerks, Lodge 288. Survivors include a son, Charles Blackburn, and a sister, Mrs. Jack Hunter, both of Little Rock. Rosary service will be held at Griffin-Leggett chapel at 8 p. m. Monday. Funeral will be at 9 a. m. Tuesday at Our Lady of Good Counsel Catholic Church by Rev. Lawrence P. Graves. Active pallbearers will be Dan Murphy, W. H. Rankin, Ambrose Wrape, Bernard Heinze, Walter Bowlin and Harry Hammer. Honorary pallbearers will be the members of the Brotherhood of Railroad Clerks, Lodge 288. Burial will be at Oakland Cemetery by Griffin- Leggett."8
